Westside Village leases parking spaces to Village residents and non-residents. Our lots are conveniently located just a few blocks from Downtown State College and the Penn State University campus, so you can find a space close to your residence or place of employment. We offer flexible lease terms with annual, semester, weekly, and daily options based on availability.

Leasing a space is simple:


  • Review our lot locations, diagrams & rates below.
  • Submit the Parking Request Form below with a specific lot request, your vehicle information and which permit length best fits your needs.
  • Complete the parking agreement & payment.
  • Pick up your parking pass at the Westside Village office!
